C\u2019est pour ces raisons que le pr\u00e9sent projet de laboratoire se doit de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0faire le point sur les m\u00e9thodologies d\u2019observation des langues dans le monde ;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00e9tudier les manifestations des pratiques et des usages de la langue fran\u00e7aise en Alg\u00e9rie dans les sph\u00e8res de la vie sociale : \u00e9ducation nationale, enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, recherche, arts et m\u00e9dia.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0donner une visibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des donn\u00e9es recueillies et de mutualiser les observations men\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Cr\u00e9er des bases et des banques de donn\u00e9es qui constitueraient un fonds dynamique pour les recherches, les rencontres et les expertises qui porteraient sur diff\u00e9rents champs d\u2019\u00e9tudes et de r\u00e9flexion.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Dresser chaque ann\u00e9e suivant les contextes d\u2019usage un \u00e9tat des lieux en pr\u00e9sentant un tableau et une repr\u00e9sentation graphique, adoss\u00e9s \u00e0 des tableaux comparatifs qui, tout en permettant une observation globale des situations linguistiques, donneraient une meilleure visibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u2019\u00e9ventuels orientations et choix \u00e0 caract\u00e8re soci\u00e9tal, scientifique, p\u00e9dagogique, scolaire et universitaire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement institutionnel et technologique<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b>Les implications, socio-\u00e9conomiques et socioculturelles ont un caract\u00e8re fonctionnel et op\u00e9rationnel qui consiste \u00e0 donner des r\u00e9ponses et proposer des lectures ayant un rapport \u00e0 la difficult\u00e9 de g\u00e9rer des dispositifs institutionnels li\u00e9s \u00e0 la gestion des donn\u00e9es en rapports avec l\u2019observation des langues \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale, r\u00e9gionale et internationale. Cela suppose une connaissance des lieux de la production et une observation attentive des pratiques linguistiques qui s\u2019y d\u00e9roulent. Les travaux \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser consisteront \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 la disposition des institutions nationales :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; un outil d\u2019aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision, permettant de d\u00e9terminer avec fiabilit\u00e9 et en temps r\u00e9el, un ensemble de donn\u00e9es relevant aussi bien de l\u2019information que de l\u2019intervention, de la conjoncture ou du prospectif.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;
