{"id":36,"date":"2021-11-14T14:08:14","date_gmt":"2021-11-14T13:08:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/laboratoire.univ-mosta.dz\/elilaf\/?page_id=36"},"modified":"2021-11-18T15:02:05","modified_gmt":"2021-11-18T14:02:05","slug":"presentation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/laboratoire.univ-mosta.dz\/elilaf\/?page_id=36","title":{"rendered":"Pr\u00e9sentation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019observation des langues dans n\u2019importe quel pays dans le monde est une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique, car observer, c\u2019est enregistrer des faits et des donn\u00e9es, des r\u00e9pertoires et des chiffres, des situations et des particularit\u00e9s ; observer, c\u2019est \u00e9galement expliquer les \u00e9volutions, et m\u00eame les anticiper.<\/p>\n<p>La cr\u00e9ation de ce pr\u00e9sent projet de laboratoire s\u2019inscrit dans le domaine des enqu\u00eates et de la pr\u00e9sentation de donn\u00e9es sur les usages et pratiques de la langue fran\u00e7aise dans le champ de la communication sociale en Alg\u00e9rie. L\u2019observation des langues rel\u00e8ve des politiques des \u00c9tats qui observent l\u2019\u00e9volution des langues au niveau international : cas du fran\u00e7ais, de l\u2019espagnol, de l\u2019allemand, de l\u2019italien, du portugais, voire \u00e9galement de l\u2019anglais \u00e0 la suite des subventions que le gouvernement de Grande-Bretagne a r\u00e9cemment accord\u00e9es pour la promotion du British Council, et tout derni\u00e8rement de la Chine qui a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er 8 000 centres de langue chinoise (Centre Confucius); des politiques des entreprises, des universit\u00e9s et autres institutions qui d\u00e9veloppent l\u2019apprentissage de telle ou telle langue.<\/p>\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sent travail est in\u00e9dit car centr\u00e9 sur une approche quantitative de la description des usages de la langue fran\u00e7aise en contexte alg\u00e9rien : l\u2019\u00e9ducation nationale, l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et la recherche, les champs litt\u00e9raires, artistiques et m\u00e9diatiques. Travail de type monographique consistant \u00e0 dresser des inventaires exhaustifs p\u00e9riodiques sur les usages et pratiques de la langue fran\u00e7aise recens\u00e9s dans l\u2019environnement. L\u2019observation sur les pratiques et usages de la langue fran\u00e7aise en Alg\u00e9rie vise \u00e0 rassembler, classifier et \u00e9tudier tous types de productions orales, \u00e9crites, cartographiques et audio-visuelles qui soient partiellement ou totalement exprim\u00e9s dans cette langue. Il a pour objectif de rassembler les travaux des chercheurs, des centres de recherches et des institutions nationales au travers d\u2019un r\u00e9seau d\u2019\u00e9changes, de partenariat autour d\u2019actions de recherche, de valorisation et de mutualisation des ressources.<\/p>\n<p>Trois types d\u2019articulation seront mises en \u0153uvre, celles relatives :<\/p>\n<p>1. aux r\u00e9flexions th\u00e9orique sur l\u2019observation des langues et aux aspects m\u00e9thodologiques en rapport avec l\u2019environnement linguistique, au sens d\u00e9fini par des pr\u00e9curseurs en la mati\u00e8re (Jakobson, Ducrot, Calvet) : contextes, situations, discours, r\u00e9f\u00e9rent, \u00e9cologie des langues\u2026<\/p>\n<p>2. les statuts, les fonctions sociales et les cadres de vie en rapport avec les repr\u00e9sentations qui lui sont leur sont associ\u00e9es ;<\/p>\n<p>3. aux pratiques linguistiques, langagiers, discursifs relevant de la cr\u00e9ation artistique et litt\u00e9raire, prenant en compte les formes innovantes d\u2019expression du fran\u00e7ais, totalement ou partiellement dans un environnement linguistique pluriel
