Among these advances, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science play a central role in transforming how systems are designed, implemented, and operated, enabling automation, adaptability, and data-driven decision-makin<br>From healthcare and smart cities to cybersecurity, education, and sustainable development, modern computing solutions\u2014especially those leveraging AI\u2014are addressing complex societal and industrial challenges. These developments raise important questions related to performance, scalability, security, ethics, and trust, which must be addressed through interdisciplinary approaches.<br>CSNT 2026 encourages collaboration across computer science, engineering, and related disciplines, bringing together academia, industry, and policy stakeholders. The paper must be submitted in PDF format via&nbsp; : <a href=\"https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/CSNT2026\/\">https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/CSNT2026\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accepted submissions may lead, depending on their quality, to oral presentations with support or a poster presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference.
