Présentation de l’équipe

Fondement scientifique

Les travaux de recherche de notre équipe touchent à différents secteurs dans le domaine des réseaux qui couvrent différents axes de recherche et domaines d’application, comme l’amélioration des performances énergétiques des bâtiments représente un enjeu crucial. La nouvelle génération de réseau électrique connue sous le nom de smart grid ou réseau électrique intelligent vise justement à coordonner les productions décentralisées d’énergies, les moyens de stockage et les sites de consommation ainsi que les infrastructures de recharge des véhicules électriques. L’équipe aborde aussi L’Internet des objets qui est en train de radicalement changer nos modes de vie, en donnant la possibilité à n’importe quel objet de communiquer via Internet. Ce paradigme rencontre de plus en plus de succès à la fois auprès des particuliers mais également des industriels. Les retombées positives de l’utilisation de cette nouvelle technologie sont innombrables mais ce n’est pas sans conséquence sur les failles de sécurité que cela introduit particulièrement dans le cas d’un déploiement dans un contexte industriel.

Objectifs

La thématique de recherche de l’équipe NetCoo consiste à étudier, développer et à mettre en place des nouvelles techniques de gestion, d’administration et de sécurisation des réseaux appliqué dans le domaine énergétique, industriel et du bâtiment. Dans ce contexte, l’équipe s’intéresse particulièrement aux thèmes de recherche suivants :

  • Utilisation des réseaux pour assister l’aide à la décision de groupe ainsi que la surveillance intelligente à travers une stratégie de routage QoS cohérente pour les services vidéo de streaming dans les réseaux SDN
  • La mise en place d’un smart-building à énergie positive ou nulle, ainsi que la préservation de l’énergie dans les réseaux de capteurs sans fils à l’aide d’algorithmes distribués
  • La sécurisation basée sur la confiance dans l’Internet des objets Industriel et la mitigation des attaques de topologie dans le protocole RPL.
