Résumé : This research focuses on the sustainable management and preservation of green resources, such as forests and vegetation, threatened by climate change, urbanization, and human activity. Traditional monitoring methods are insufficient, so the study leverages Big Data and geospatial technologies to enable real-time, predictive environmental assessment.

The goal is to develop a unified predictive framework combining distributed computing, advanced analytics, and spatio-temporal modeling to anticipate resource degradation and support sustainable decision-making. A ten-year georeferenced wildfire dataset from Tizi-Ouzou (2013–2022) has been prepared for model training. Current work focuses on data collection and preprocessing, with upcoming steps aimed at developing and evaluating the predictive framework for proactive resource management.
